About me ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ ₊˚⊹♡

I love crafts and making cute creations, but I reject capitalism. I don't see what puts me above others, such that I deserve wealth for no reason at all. It doesn't feel right to take money from others, but, I would love for people to be able to enjoy my art.

I initially thought of a concept to have different items be dedicated to a specific cause. However, being severly disabled, I realized it would be difficult to create many items to support all the causes that are dear to my heart.

I then realized, I don't have to choose. I am giving you the choice. I hope you read through the Resource Forest ⸙❤︎ and International Resource Forest ⸙❤︎. There are so many amazing grassroots organizations. To be able to support them while gifting you one of my creations would mean the world to me.

The Call for Justice that my mutual aid store is following is listed below:

"2.5 We call upon all governments, in partnership with Indigenous Peoples, to create a permanent empowerment fund devoted to supporting Indigenous-led initiatives for Indigenous individuals, families, and communities to access cultural knowledge, as an important and strength-based way to support cultural rights and to uphold selfdetermined services. This empowerment fund should include the support of land-based educational programs that can assist in foundational cultural learning and awareness.

This empowerment fund will also assist in the revitalization of distinct cultural practices as expressed by Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA people, with eligibility criteria and decision making directly in their hands."

While I am not the government, I hope that the Resource Forest ⸙❤︎ inspires you to donate and support the many Indigenous-led organizations across Kanata ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
